Hello, I’m David, welcome to hqweightlosstips.com. I created this website because I was looking for a site which would provide me with a host of tips to make little changes to my life to allow me to achieve sustained weight loss.

I am overweight, by many current methods, such as Body Mass Index, I would be considered Obese.

Having a relatively large amount of weight to lose, I have tried many drastic measures in the past which have ultimately been unsuccessful. My recent weight loss progress has been achieved through making small changes to my eating habits, which on their own may seem insignificant but when taken together can add up to sustained weight loss.

Being totally honest, in the past I have not been totally committed to my weight loss goals and have “fallen off the wagon” numerous times.

My focus on achieving the body and lifestyle I desire has been reinforced recently when I found out I will be a father in November. Everyone will have their own goals and will find their own motivation to commit and achieve them.

My motivation is simple; I will not be an unfit father.

  • I want to be lean.
  • I want to be strong.
  • I want to be a positive role model for my child.
  • I want my child to be proud of me.
  • I want to be proud of myself.
